Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
* Unused
* In original condition with tags
* Returned in original packaging
* Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@resilla.shop with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to our warehouse.
Please note:
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
* We do not provide return labels
* Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
* 60% of your order total will be refunded
* The remaining 40% covers shipping, handling, and promotional costs
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@resilla.shop with photos of the issue.
In such cases, we will make it right by offering a replacement or full refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
* Used items
* Opened products
* Items damaged after delivery
EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Items must still meet all return eligibility conditions listed above.
